OK the pitch is worse than the memorial, it is a shocker for this level of football.

But the defending for their goal was awful, Semenyo made absolutely no attempt to block the cross.

At least against Huddersfield we had the good grace to take 30 minutes before surrendering the midfield, today we surrendered it as soon as they got off of their knees before kick off, no press at all.

Sorry to say we are fecking **** so far, no passion, no midfield, poor full backs, over worked keeper and centre backs and under employed strikers.

And another great decision to play Rowe FFS.

    SHOCKING.

    Much better last 10 minutes.

Probably responsible for what looks like a serious injury to their player.

That for me was the worse game I’ve seen in many years. ****ing disgrace, if they can’t be bothered then what’s the point of us paying to watch it. ( I will do mind) . If he blames the pitch then do what a good manager would of done and go long. Plus it was bad for both teams.

2 shots on target both by Mawson

No energy or enthusiasm, for god sake stop messing about with the ball at the back and get the ball forward

We might be only six points, or is it 3, off the play offs, but our football is shocking, its schoolboy stuff really, when you play on a bad pitch , don’t try and play football, Knock it long. We played far too deep again and invited them on. Absolutely awful. It’s a good job we don’t have fans in at the moment. ( before any smart ass points out) I’m aware today was away, but it’s not been much better for a while.

Of course your right RoD, but I do wonder if today’s players are so used to playing on good pitches that they aren’t able to adapt . I listened to RB after the game and GT and GO who were both pros in their day, were both commenting how the players should have known to adapt their game to the conditions. Instead they carried on trying to play the ball out from the back.
