After another two confusing telephone calls and a female american voice re mail box again I eventually got through and have my ticket. I'm sure the £1 I saved in booking fees has probably been spent on phone calls. I was told that my ticket would be ready for collection at mega-store. Once again I may be dumb but I thought the idea of the "season" card was that it could be added to that so that you didn't need to have a ticket. What do I know I'm only a fan. On the positive side I did get a helpful response from the facebook page when I sent a message. Not sure I'll get a reply to the letter I sent to John Lansdown though!
There was a notice on the OS saying that it couldn't/wouldn't be added to the season card for some reason not sure if they actually said why.
Get there early, because if the crowd last being 6800 some struggled to get their tickets and into the ground before kick off, **** knows what chaos is going to happen next Wednesday? They don't preload your card because that was the extra £1 charge, just you be grateful you got that extra £1 because you will need it when your phone bill comes in If I was SL or JL I would be fuming with who ever moved away from something working to this ****e now.
Was told that uploading it to the card would happen later in the season? so we must be expecting a good cup run in one of the comps then.
