After a recent poor run of results the axe has fallen on Derbys Manager. There were some on here who thought he would have been good for us, not sure myself, his age and inexperience have possibly weighed against him, clubs don't hang about these days if managers don't deliver. Football has gone crackers.

Read this yesterday, unbelievable decision from Derby, unless there is stuff going on in the background we no nowt about. They are still in the mix FFS....that's completely screwed their season now.

The life of a football manager - the club sitting 5th in the league. in a play off spot, 5 points from the top and the gaffer gets the sack after a few poor results!

I said I thought he'd be good for us - don;'t necessarily think the fact that Derby have sacked him means he wouldn't have been (nor does the fact that he got them 5th mean he would've been) as the only sight which is helpful in these situations is hindsight - and we don't have it!!

If us and Newcastle thought like this we'd have a new manager every season....

    Oh....

Surprise making decision. He can be good manage and many Sunderland support was thinking he can be manage last summer until big Dick. For me Derby is now cannot get promotion, mistake of owners.

Extra pressure for Derby is also in area of Leicester, they can see it is making shock league position, support is possibly making more pressure for automatic promotion so owner think playoff is too low and unacceptable. I say this but i do not live in this area so do not banter from support.
