After a great win against an in form Brighton side on Saturday we now have a pretty tough game tomorrow night when we travel up to face managerless Derby at Pride Park. In season's gone by we have had a pretty good record against Derby especially at Pride Park. Remember last season when Carlos scored in the dying minutes to win a game that we should really have lost! The defeat against Derby last season at Portman Road signalled the end of the Paul Jewell era. I think it's what's called 'Poetic Justice' that the club that sacked him for leaving them in a total shambles played a big part in getting him the sack from the team that he also left in a complete shambles! Anyhoo the fact that Derby are yet to appoint a replacement manager should not mean that this game will be any easier and in some ways you could argue that all the players will be well up for this after the events of the weekend. I am going for Derby County 3 Town 0 (well it worked a treat last time)
Derby have appointed Steve McClaren and I think this will add to the new manager bounce factor,I see us losing narrowly-2-1?
I fancy a 1-1 draw here. We deserved at least a point at Wigan from what I've read, and 3 at Brum. We're in decent form at home, just need to start picking up points on our travels.
A narrow 0-1. Dids again. He's the form man. And just off on a minor tangent. Have you seen the you tube clip. Ipswich or Barcelona? Could only been better had we scored.
This will be my first away day of the season and I shall even be taking 'her indoors' to her first ever Town match...
