A busy week for Pompey comes to an end when they make the trip to Pride Park to take on Derby this evening (8pm kick-off). A four-match unbeaten run means that John Mousinho's side go into the game sitting outside the Championship's bottom three for the first time in almost three months. Their next opponents are currently four places – and the same number of points – better off in 17th position. The Rams have not won any of their past six fixtures, although did bring a three-match losing streak to an end with a goalless draw at Burnley in midweek. And their form is much better at Pride Park than on the road, with victories already secured against Middlesbrough (1-0), Bristol City (3-0), Cardiff (1-0) and QPR (2-0). The two sides are both looking to establish themselves back at this level after securing promotion from League One last term. While the Blues secured the title with two games to spare, while Paul Warne's men had to wait until the final day to start their celebrations. Both meetings that season finished all square, including a 1-1 stalemate at Pride Park, when Colby Bishop's last-gasp strike cancelled out a late James Collins penalty. TEAM NEWS Jacob Farrell (knee), Conor Shaughnessy (calf), Mark O'Mahony (hip), Jordan Williams (hamstring) and Kusini Yengi (knee) are all sidelined for Pompey. Ibane Bowat is set to miss the the rest of the season with a serious knee injury, while Regan Poole (hamstring) is a doubt after coming off at the break on Tuesday night. But Andre Dozzell and Callum Lang are both available again after both sitting out the Norwich game through suspension. Ryan Nyambe (knee) and David Ozoh (quad) and Josh Sargent (Norwich) are both out injured for the hosts. Half time. 3-0 down. Poor half for us, have hardly been in the game. Do hope the second half is better, as far as we are concerned. Can see John Mousinho making a couple of changes for the second half.
