Not a problem for us, think we are too good for them, they won't adapt a low block against us, they will try to outplay us and that will be their undoing.....our clean sheet record comes to an end as didz scores but we go on to win 1-4 coybb!!

Accrington don't play this weekend, so it's a chance for us to put some distance between us and end their playoff dream!!

I think a few weeks ago this would have been a difficult game. they are now on the wobble & hopefully we can capitalise on this.

McGoldrick on the score sheet ?

(don,t Accrington get points added to help with the play off dreams ?)

Not too confident with this game...and think it will be an end to end game, with plenty of goals.
Can see this being a crazy 3-3, or even 4-4

Assuming no injuries to our talented internationals, we will have too much for them. Open game, but Town run out worthy winners, 2-1. McG of course.

A draw wouldn't be a disaster. We cant win every game!

No but we need to keep winning to maintain the pressure on teams above us.

I think it'll be a tricky match away at Derby. I don't think we'll keep a clean sheet but all I care about is three points here - particularly with Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley dropping points.

Not sure if the international break will disrupt our rhythm against a top six side where we typically can't buy a win. A 1-1 draw, late equaliser by Derby.

On another note, I never thought I'd see the day when Spanish is using the term 'low block' :emoticon-0105-wink:

Nuggets, thought the old gaffer was the one with occasional amnesia, Bolton 0 Ips 2!

I agree a tricky game as they push hard to stay in POs. But we will be raring to go and KM firing them up following a string of favourable results for us without kicking a ball!

And we did beat Derby in the home fixture earlier this season. We still struggle to beat the best sides though, mostly drawn our matches against Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth, and Barnsley (so far).

Results have definitely gone our way over the last week or so. I thought Sheffield Wednesday would be streaking ahead and Barnsley to have drawn level with us. Funny old league.

If anything it shows predicting who will beat who and which games will be banana skins is entirely futile. That’s in our favour right now, because the answer for us is just to try to win every game. Every match we play now is a mini cup final.

We can’t fret about what other sides are doing. All we can do is keep doing what we’ve been doing for the last six games. That’s put us in the position where we’ve reeled in the teams above us from the point where many had written off our chances of an automatic spot whilst keeping those below us at bay.

Wednesday have only cracked because of the pressure Town and Barnsley have put them under.

This is why football is so compelling and a lifelong obsession!

What a load of old ****, nothing to do with pressure we put on teams or pressure they put on themselves, we are on a winning streak and are going up purely because we are the best team in the league, no other reason, we are better than the rest!! In the end the cream always rises to the top!!
Ask yourselves this, how many players from Sheffield, Plymouth and Barnsley would you swap for one of our players???
Some may take Bannan but that's about it, personally i wouldn't, i like our current cm pairing.
We will go up, end of!!

I have to agree with Spanish, we are the best team, best Club, best resourced, best managed, and with the best supporters. We are on a proven par with Championship teams.

We will go up one way or tother.

Best KM interview I have heard on iFollow.
