The current situation really does make you wonder what is going on at Newcastle.
Last Sunday I played golf with a good honest pro (currently plying his trade in the championship).
He told me, and with his contacts he holds good authority, that he believed NUFC would have signed Remy on loan by today (I placed a little bet on it).
He also said that the transfer of Gomis might be more problematic, citing wages.

The morals of this story is:
Don't bet on anything to do with NUFC.
Don't play golf with a sportsman - I got dicked.
There is no such thing as ITK - that includes people who really are in the know!
Newcastle's transfer policy is in total disarray.
    I am totally depressed.

I played golf with Gomis and Remy yesterday and they both had a bet that you'd get dicked....<laugh>

The moral of the story is that for not a lot of money I'd sort your golf out....

LOL. Thanks for your support ... I think.
The family are coming up to Newcastle for a week on Monday.

If you hear about some serious shanks happening in Tynemouth you know who it is. ;)

Its difficult at times not too get depressed about Newcastle United.

You just need to cheer yourself up.

Some people aren't as fortunate as your good self.

So pull yourself together and just remember it could have been worse, You.

'Could Have Been Born A Mackem'.

Find the song on You Tube and sing along to it, its good therapy.<party>

I would have posted a link, but I cant do it on the iPad.
I think i'll have to put it up on Music Forum later on.

I'm in the horse racing game and one of the things I always tell people is never to listen to tips from inside a stable. At least, not until the stable lads are going to work in Bentleys.

I remember years ago playing at Tynemouth in a qualifier for the " Newcastle Brown " tournament at Whitley Bay. I was drawn with a Spanish chap and unfortunately the poor fella developed the shanks after about 6 holes and couldn't keep the ball on the course, that's where I learned to swear in Catalan...<laugh>

I went into my local clubhouse, mentioned the word, and cleared the bar.
I have never seen so many grown men run out of a room in my life.

The present situation has caused many of to really wonder what the future holds with the pace of progress and general footballing decisions being made by MA.

Someone yesterday suggested he's looking for an American buyer. My faith is clinging on for dear life.
