Hiya. I've been cataloguing my record collection on Discogs, wiped it all and started again. About half-way through the LPs and 12" singles and total so far going by their average value is £8,488.05. The Cure - A Forest 12" is worth £114 alone. You should do yours, seem to recall you have a very rare early U2 12".
Fuxake. I ditched my vinyl collection years ago. Also ditched a very large book collection too. Including "Songs the Dead Men Sing" by George R. R. Martin which I found out was worth over £800. Not bad for a paperback I bought for under a fiver.
I know. It was after I sold my last house and got fed up carting all this stuff between house moves. So I ditched it. ****in idiot.
Even the paperback reprint in 1986 (original was 1983) is going for £60 on Amazon Songs the Dead Men Sing: Amazon.co.uk: Martin, George R. R.: 9780722157367: Books That's it. I'm not going to look to see what my vinyl or books are worth anymore. I'll end up killing some ****.
When I was made redundant a while back I sold my vinyl collection. Oh how I miss the "Best Of The Dooleys" and "The Nolans Greatest Hits" Mick Dundee will know where I'm coming from!
