    Aye been on SSN.

    Looks like we enquired and were knocked back. Good move for him to be honest as Spurs are a bigger club than Fulham and he wouldnt have to relocate or uproot his family.


    Shame but good luck to the lad.

    Good player but pleased we didn't get him, his heart was set on the bindippers and now he has gone to Spurs as he had burnt his boats at Fulham.
    Bet the Spurs fans are wondering how committed he is to their cause,I think a bit of a panic buy by AVB having lost both Modric and Van De Vart, time will tell.

    We were never going to get him and to be honest i bet every other club in the prem enquired. In a way i am not too fussed as he didnt really fit our new system unless one of mcclean johnson or sess got injured but then again i would never knock back a quality player.
