Its all gone silent in terms of links with us and him since we were reported by West Ham (any news on that?) afew weeks ago.

Are we now scared to act and take him on a free and are we now going too let him go to Newcastle? Hope not. He would be a good addition to the team even if Senegal are virtually guarenteed to be playing in the African Cup of Nations next year.

Is there anymore news on him or were we just never chasing him?
 
Daily Mirror has a snippet saying the mags are about to a cut price deal next week and match his wages using the Caroll money.
 
Heard on talksport tonight from the top football guy at the Sunday Mirror and apparently Ba is a long way down the line in discussions with the Mags! Considering we need a whole new team, we seem miles behind in terms of getting players in.
 
Well he better go to the Mags or they are going to look even more stupid than usual as they are writing songs for him right now. :p
