Would you swap him for Loic Remy? I would

Most importantly though, would you take Andy Carroll instead of him? I would

I really like Carroll, he never wanted to leave, as his heart has always been with Newcastle!

I would love to see Andy back this season in a NUFC shirt, if he signed, I would buy the new home shirt and have his name on the back!

You need 4 top striker to cut it where were going this season and the ACON on top of that suggests possibly more

I wouldn't swap ba for either. Ba is a brilliant player, a creator and a goal scorer.

Im also sure if you'd asked that question at the beginning of last season when he was banging them in no one would have said yes.

I'd love to see Andy back but I wouldn't swap him for Ba.

Whatever might or might be AC's true affections, Ba has been wholly loyal to the Toon. He banged in 3 times as many goals a AC last year, and sacrificed much of the last half of last season for Cisse's benefit without a murmur.

On skill, commitment and temprament I would rank Ba better than Carroll. Plenty of room for both though.

Cisse, Ba, Carroll, Remy as our main strikers

Carroll, Remy, Ameobi, Sammeobi during ACoN. <ok>

I'd take remy over Carroll as he's different to what we already have but I can't see us getting him and I refuse to get my hopes up after the de Jong devastation.

Demba Ba is a player who has proven that he can score in the Premiership, who we know has a faultless atitutde and who we know is happy here. Remy is a player who we hope would adapt to the Premiereship, be a good las and fit in. Seem funny to trade the sure thing for the fond hope

Wouldn't really be third choice though... Players like remy an Carroll would be here to play on a rotation basis not take up a best/lover role
