Could you imagine the uproar if that happened to one of ours? Red all day long that. The target did make a bit of a meal of it mind. Foot that high, studs up, makes contact, it's a red. You don't have to actually remove another players ear to get sent off. Not like the good old days.
In this country, that apparently 'high foot' would be around the midriff if not a bit lower. Possibly a yellow but no more.
