Now before this becomes a slagfest about the singing of the song Delilah and its use at Wembley stadium by swans fans, Firstly it is not a song associated with fans of Swansea City. The only reason it was sung at Wembley was because the public address system played it in the stadium and the fans joined in with the singing, You will not here them singing it at any other time , I suppose the people at wembley thought Swansea City from Wales, lets get the party started Tom Jones hes welsh to lets put Delilah on, and the community singing began

Now what is a little known fact is that Im forever blowing bubbles is a swansea song that was taken over by the hammers, and when our 2 clubs have met they have quite happily sung that song at our place and given due respect as it should be.

If truth be known very many swans fans would not be aware that Delilah is a staple at the Brittania Stadium. And to be honest with you, you would be more likely to hear Delilah sung in the Cardiff City Stadium( Tom Jones is from Pontypridd down the road from Cardiff) . But i dont think it is part of their repertoire either.

    And there you have it.

They probably had it near the top of their stack of music at Wembley after our cup final there (still painful to think about that day :'( )

I honestly don't mind if you guys sing it. The only people I do mind are Cardiff, who started singing it a few seasons back when they were 3-0 up against us. Drove me mad!

They were probably too tight to pay for another music license so used the one they had already paid for :)
