He needs a bit more time, chopping and changing managers isn't going to help, although i'm near to giving up already with his delusional tactics and team selection
Straight answer.......NO!!!! & by that I mean his future does not hang in the balance & nor should it.
Hardley, people will question the manager when results go wrong, especially when he is doing such idiotic things with his squad.
If the board sack this manager now because these players are such a bunch of soft bottlers, I, for one will not be spending any more of my money with them. He needs time to get this turned around, no one said it will happen overnight. We are making massive changes to the academy set up and all the evidence shows that the sides that stick with a manager for a fair duration do reap the rewards eventually. everyone pretty much agrees that what we have brought in is better than what has left, now we need a change in luck and a boost of confidence to get going again.
Explain, why the last 2 months of football, and Dels strange selections, and substitutions are drivel,if not what is the point of your drivel above
Del has inherited a lot of crap and history and he is sorting it out,if we end up in mid-table this season,I wonder how many early season doubters will own up because of crap and history,I will wait until January and then I may become more negative...
Biggest load of rubbish i have read. As if changing the manager for Owen Coyle or someone like that will make things better. Peterborough didnt sack Ferguson after 6 or 7 games without a point, and now they are above us. A nonsense question, which somehow has drawn a response from me, when i should have ignored it. Shame on me.
I think we should sack Mcinnes then appoint another manager who'll be in the same situation then sack him at Christmas
Wiz we would all take one spot above the bottom three come the seasons end. I hope the guy can do it,however I have my doubts two months of struggle, what make you think it will improve in the near future. Yes Elliot and Cunningham will be back which will be a big bonus, but is it going to be enough to stop the rot?
Yet you were praising him up as our saviour just weeks ago? I wouldn't want you in the trenches with me mate..
You have voted him as "lost the plot and needs to go" Only our fans? Or is it a general football fans thing?
On what I have witnessed I stand by my vote.I just don't see him turning it around,I see we are in for another loaned youngster from Newcastle apparantly a R/B what another one to add to the list. We need another central defender and a playmaker in midfield.
First of all I do believe he needs more time. BUT, as time goes on and if we continue to look like relegation condenders then maybe something would need to be done. Those who think no matter what happens, they want Del to continue to be our manager are deluded IMO. For me. there are NO more excuses. Peformances, tactics, team selection and results now need to improve, which i know states the obvious, but the longer this dire lack of form continues the more differcult it will be to dig ourselves out of it. The knives are not out yet but the blades are being sharpened!
You've been keeping yours sharp for at least a year now.. Red Robin, I repeat, only weeks ago you had him down as our saviour.....
Red Robin. Leeds game you said to them don't underestimate us, just 5 games ago. Leeds lost 2 LB's but looking good until then lost 2-3 in injury time. Millwall still got injuries scraped a 1-1draw Leicester I thought we were awful so did our fans, one of my work colleagues a Leicester fan says until they scored their goal he was nervous of us playing the ball around. Strange I thought we were ****e but Leicester fans saw a different game. Bolton. 2-0 up should of held on but guess what most said everyone's pet hate Fontaine played ok there but Carey was the weak link this time. Stupid mistakes lost us 2-3 Burnley 1-1 until Fontaine goes off injured reshuffle then few minutes later 1-3. Takes off Davies I boo think he's lost the plot, how wrong I was we come back to 3-3. If only Baldock (not blaming him) stuck that shot to either side of their keeper. But stupid clumsy tackles at our end led to their goal lost 3-4 Hull did not agree with team selection but then announced on Twatter (stupid media network site that allows fans to abuse players when they are down) about our defensive injuries. Albert was awfull against Burnley so could see that happening. Mix up by CB against some really fast forwards led to their goal. We came back held onto the ball for long periods back to passing sideways and backwards because everyone at this point won't take responsibility for it because the booing and moans are heard all round the stadium. But get back to 1-1 second half if Davies (my man of the match) Had an extra inch on his studs and connected with Ryan Taylors fantastic pass 2-1 to us but lady luck never shined on us so lost to typical City fashion a ****ing stupid own goal. NOW THIS IS NOT A DIG AT RED ROBIN OR ANYBODY, THIS IS JUST THE WAY I SEE IT AT THE MOMENT SINCE FANS WERE SAYING WE ARE NEARLY THERE
Have to agree with Banksy on this one mate, but fair play you did say you won't comment until a certain game, just you did show your hand a few games back. Got to admit I respect your answer to the question of the thread you want to give him more time
Seems to me Mcinnes has inherited a bunch of gutless, clueless shirkers who disappear at the first sign of any distress and want everything put on a plate for them without giving him anything back in return.. Well thats the fans anyway and players aren't much better either..
