I don't think I have seen supporters so divided over whether someone is total dross or not for a while now (well....since the Ramirez thread that is currently running within all other threads).
I thought the mood seems cautiously positive in general. Depending on the true price there's a question over whether we've had our pants pulled down a bit.
croatian fans seem split 50:50. The Zagreb fan I know thinks he's flawed but great, will command our defence line and will have an immediate impact. (was working from memory, more accurate now) Lyon fans don't seem split at all.

Well don't read just the end! Because it represents more of a wish than a summary of the article. basically, it says he's good at passing, and all of his downsides are explained in the same way - 'he had a bad season'
He looks good and Hopefully he will become a very good centre back with the right coaching. I am always dubious with playing a Predominantly right footed player on the left side of a centre back partnership so it will be interesting which side Pochettino plays him.
Would be happy to start the season with a back 4 of Clyne, Yoshi, Lovren and Shaw. All liable to make the odd mistake but will give 100% as well. Added depth would be nice but a few youngsters could and maybe should get a few games.
