    Just read in the Standard that we are after Defoe (again) and Gallas !

    It makes no sense to me, why sign Johnson when hes going to be the 3rd choice quick forward?

    I dont want either of them, especially Gallas at 34.

    If it was a buy one get one free offer then Defoe with Gallas thrown in would be good. I feel Gallas on a 2 year deal would be good business even thouhg he is 34 he is quality.

    If we signed Defoe, do you think Cerny would reappear saying "see, I told you we were signing him".

    I wouldn't mind him, but for no more than 2 million. But I'm sure he would realize that with Zamora and Cisse he'd still probably be 3rd choice.
