Hudson and Turner have been getting better and better all season!

Obviously we defend all over the pitch, but the two guys at the back have really led the way.

Is this the best back two combination we have had at Cardiff?
 
Yes, must admit they've got it together now. A few other pairings that also did: -

Jolly Rog and The Loofer

Gabbs and Ginge

The Don and Harris (for those that can remember)
 
I remember Sparks and I don't think either of those 2 reached 6 feet, unlike our lamposts of today.

Mind you centre forwards in those days needed to wear protective pads on the backs of their heads to prevent injury from consistent battering by the Don's elbow.

With the worst record in the division for conceding points from being in front I don't think we should be raving about any aspect of our defensive capabilities!

I am not sure if I would be pointing at the back 2 for this as they have kept us in a hell of a lot of games this season!
 
Don Murray & Brian Harris were the centre backs when I started watching Cardiff in 1968/9.

I think they were together between '66 & '71
