    Hi guys

Sunderland fan (yeah... have pity <laugh>) in peace. Congrats on the win tonight, great game of football.

I'm here really for FF advice, namely regarding your defence for the next game. I can afford pretty much any defender for one week only (then I'm wild carding) and think one of yours looks like a pretty safe bet. Problem is, not sure how?

I currently have Davies but think he'll be droped after playing 2 games last week. So my first thought was Danny Rose, but previously Poch has played Son at LWB so I'm not sure how reliable Danny is? Is he back in the fold? I know there was some backlash for some comments he made in the summer...

Alternatively, at right back, I'm not sure if Poch will stick with Trippier or rotate Aurier in? If you guys have any insider knowledge it would be much appreciated!

If both wing back positions are as unpredictable as I think they are, I'll stick with the safe option in Vertonghen I think.

Cheers in advance guys, and good luck for the rest of the season. Would love you to win it <ok> City look pretty unstoppable at the moment though.

I would go with Verts, him and Toby are the two best central defenders not only in the Prem, but in the world. Expect Verts to score soon as well, he has come close a number of times recently. Just a matter of time.

I wouldn’t choose any. I’ve ditched spurs defenders from my team, as we concede 1 goal too often, wiping out the clean sheet bonus. Davies and Trippier are good for assists, but both have played so much recently that you could see them rotated and therefore may not play. I’m having the same problem picking defenders at the moment. The players gaining the most points are either ridiculously expensive, or are in a team that rotates too frequently.

Sanchez will play especially as Alderweireld might be injured. Him or Vertonghen are the most likely to play against Palace.

I think we may well see Aurier and Rose start on Saturday.

We struggle to keep clean sheets on the bigger wembley pitch and especially in toby's absence I wouldn't go with any of our CB's.
