I have been saying for a very long time now that I wish we would leave someone up front when we are defending corners. At the moment, we clear the ball and it comes straight back at us. Why not even leave 3 players up front, as the opposition will have to leave 4 back. Just imagine Schlupp, Vardy and DeLaet running at the defence at the same time. Just something different and probably worth a punt.

... certainly with you about leaving at least one up ... Leo is useful in defending set-pieces so not him ...

We left one up front for Stoke's first corner and we almost scored on the counter attack. I feel we should be doing this foe every corner, certainly at home anyway.

As a tactical thing it shouldn't be the same on every single corner. I think I'd have everyone back for most of them, but just on a random one every now and then have a striker come over to the bench for a drink when a corner was given against us. That way you keep a man up and people on the opposition side have just expected him to get a drink and then go and defend so you catch them out a bit as well. You'd get a few games before people realised it was a tactic and not a lucky coincidence that paid off.
