I wrote this on OTIB as well and I will say this here. As much as I want new CB we have to remember one thing before we run Del down as some cracks are starting to show in both boards. We have in the summer been linked to 4-6 defenders. Keogh Gerrard Monk Ward Possibly McManus and Bikey All these possibly turned us down for money and we were relegation cert's by some in the game as well as some on here. **** sake Buzsaky turned us down and ended up at Portsmouth. So before people start saying he is not doing anything apart from trying to get some confidence back into the ones we have. Are WRONG. We have the attack firing we have a fantastic left back, with not much back up, but try and sign Kosoko we all whine on that we don't need back up on right wing. But we have seen that one injury disrupts the whole team. Wake up doubters start supporting the team that 3 weeks ago you were thinking we would possibly reach play offs.

You then mention trying to get confidence in defence. Well I suggest he's completely going the wrong way. Playing 3 out of our 4 defenders out of their best position as yesterday will never engender confidence and selecting 2 left footed clowns in central defence ahead of Carey quite frankly beggars belief.

I have heard a few moan about it but... (forgetting the players themselves) whats the difference between playing two left footed players in the centre defence compared to two right footed players which most teams over the years have? The two Del has been using arent great but they arent performing because of what foot they can kick a ball with. One foot is always going to be stronger but in todays game every player should be able to use both feet.
