Personally, i m gutted with our last game. I dont honestly believe its down to Redknapp as we have been a club struggling for the last 10 years or so. the must be nore to it than just Harry? Im not excusing him, just saying i think we are missing the bigger picture..... Anyway Ok so the majority here want HR gone, so lets put this out there. If TF was to get rid of Harry, who would we want as a replacement? Id hate to see Pullis anywhere near our club and if we are going to change then lets do "long term". If it means we are going down for a fe years, then so be it... First choice would def be Paul Clement Id take Ollie GS Maclaren or Id give it back to Holloway. Has to be the long term plan...with a style we want and a ,manager who cares Dont know about you lot? what do we think ?
That last sentence is spot on - if we do get rid (and I think we're just voices in the wind as it stands) then we do need a plan that we can implement all the way back to the youth set up and stick with for years. No to Pullis, I think Moyes could be the way forward - we have some potential and he built up Everton over the years (gradually playing better football) with a lot of youth players coming through. He's still also young enough in managerial terms. I'd take a lower league manager with the right age and credentials (not overly familiar with many) as long as they can handle egos. I do notice that Eddie Howe has got some remarkable performances out of Bournemouth although I'm not sure if he'd be a strong enough presence against the will of some of our more vociferous characters.
