According to SSN sources he's been given the bullet with Woy mooted as his repwacement ! ****ing ridiculous if you ask me. What they gonna do if they lose the next 4 after Woy takes over? Sack him aswell?
Outrageous, Palace have jumped the gun big time there. Can't blame the manager for how ****e their players were yesterday. Made enough chances yesterday and could have scored 6 or 7 but the players were utter Jank!!! The back pass for the goal was suicidal as well, can't account for that! New system coming in takes time and 4/5 games in to a season is harsh on De Boer.
My belief is beggared, what a bunch of clowns. If they think the fast flowing, high pressing, exciting football that Woy favours is the way forward then bigger fool them.
It's crazy that DeBoer is sacked so soon, should have had at least 10 games to shape the team and see whether he could turn it around especially this early in the season when a couple of wins can make a big difference in a clubs position, as for Roy that has to be a joke, his time has long gone.
They are swiftly becoming the new Newcastle United - 4 managers in the space of 2 years or summit, its bonkers ! I'd be fizzing if I were a Palace fan, not saying DeBoer could develop into the same sort of manager as Koeman but we may never find out which I think is ridiculous. It doesn't bode well for attracting new talent manager wise to the premier league if they are gonna be judged after just 4 games. Parish has given this guy a contract in the same way that they give players contracts, to just tear that up after 4 games is sheer and utter madness. How many players constantly under-perform week in week out (we have a few) and are constantly picked for games week in week out? Even those that aren't being picked (Colback as a case in point) just sit there raking in their salaries whilst only turning up for training! I digress, but as I said before, I'd be fizzing if I were a Palace fan, no two ways about it !
I wonder how much the fans actually wanted them out. Personally I wouldn't sack a manager straight after a game where the team had more shots than they're collectively guna get under the new manager.
To really push home this point they employed Pardew and Allardici. Just need Tufty and they're officially Newcastle-lite
Well it's nice of Palace to be doing their bit for care in the community and giving an old chap a pension boost.
De Boer has been a bit unfortunate. 85 days at Inter Milan, 77 days at Palace. Hardly the requisite time to embed a complete change of regime/method of playing. All a bit comical really. Not sure Woy will sort that mess out either.
