Dude.....enough of your stats. I have a degree in accounting & finance and am a qualified chartered accountant and I can't deal with your posts anymore......they're meaningless.
Actually it's quite simple if you read the headings. The first column is points JG expects us to get - he was quite pessimisstic in that he predicted a win and 6 draws in the 9 games for a total of 9 points The next is how many we got in that game The next is the points target (to get 30 points after the Cardiff game) Th efinal one is the cumulative total of actual points JG - keep them coming!!
That's the genius that is JGF - the body which decide on what is included in a statistic degree aren't clever enough to decipher his methods yet
they are not stats, simply a chart of what would be expected of future results. not to dissimilar to what appears in most newspapers and on the football programmes toward the end of a season, except these are for 20 match's not the last 8 or so games, and congratulations on your degree in accounting, Ive managed my own accounts since 1981 ... tax submissions, capital gains, VAT etc never really found it difficult... PS I think on here is button you can tick to not receive my posts? Anything I do not want to read eg last one to post is the winner! I simply click on and off again .... simples
ERRATICA we beat top team lose by the only shot of the game and still fail to up our scoring rate we can only lose 6 more away games ! and still need to win at least 2 KODIJA HAS GONE COLD .....
well at the mo with all the goings on down at the gate the negativity toward SL, feeling deep down there was an " I told you so " event a few weeks ago maybe even a few months ago it might be a good thing to disappear for a while, but next disappearing act aint for another 3 month's.................
JUST READ the Colchester managers report he said we made a joke bid .... ha ha ha ha ha the biggest joke he has been been in charge for 6 games and drawn 2 lost 4 scored 2 conceded 10 and are technically 8 points from safety NOW I ASK YOU what is the bigger joke!!!!!!
We are really, as they have a player we want and rather than make them a proper/fair offer if you believe all that's been written about it, we've decided that Colchester will let him go for 20p and a packet of Love Hearts !
We don't really know what was offered . might have been £50k , £150k , or even £250k I would reckon .... out of contract in a few month's UN PROVEN outside of lge 1 21 years old midfielder ...in the mould of and same price range as Bobby Reid scored 1 goal in 21 games AT A CLUB almost destined to finish up in lge 2 next season Value £350k 4yr 6mths contract, with a 15% sell on clause ....
Depends on if Colchester value him at 500k for a player in his last 6 months of contract. Didn't Stevenage want a lot more for Freeman when we first approached, then we decided to wait the 6 months and get him on tribunal fee.
Are you sure it is not you making these offers that are getting turned down. Certainly sounds like the kind of thinking that has got us exactly diddly squat... If a club has a young player who is considered a good prospect for a higher level then, even out of contract, they ain't going to let him go for this sort of peanuts. If we REALLY WANT the player, the offer has to be pitched so that they cannot turn it down because if he is that promising, then we aren't going to be the other ones in are we so £350k certainly isn't going to cut it. The alternative is that we wait until the summer but then there will be clubs who can offer more than us and we may not be in this division anyway...
agree the situation is far removed from offering the value I have stated ... and as Angel said we likely cant lose! so yes more than that would need to be offered
opportunities lost , 2 games now and no goal ... next game we cant be worse off than than I predicted because we won 1 drew 1 and lost one a point at Charlton will be nice ! as they have gotten out of their long non winning streak.....
