Dear Lee,
May I first say that I hope your forthcoming case goes well. However, you may have another charge to answer.
On Saturday 2nd April at approximately 16:37 you are charged with the offence of causing a fan of Southampton FC (hereinafter known as The Saints) a bloody knee, cricked back and loss of voice for 1 day. The said fan of the Saints saw you score the winner after being 2-0 down only 15 minutes earlier and banged his knee on the chair in front at St Mary's stadium. Once he was up, the said fan proceeded to yell for over a minute and picked up his friend's 11 year old child in the air.
How do you plead Mr Barnard?
