To be fair he's already shown what he can do with established Championship players. He won't be able to replace the whole team, in the summer, so will have to do better with what he has. His tactics won't change because he's set in his ways and he has a big job convincing the supporters.

Mowbray inherited a team, just as Neil did, the players love him, he's converted the fans and we're in the playoffs ...

I think the secret ingredient to our team this season is the youngsters we have are absolute ballers and used to playing in under 21 games with a bit time on the bench in the first team for a cup game. Now they've been let loose in the first team of let's say it, a "biggish club" that's caused a buzz on Netflix and playing with absolute freedom with zero fear because the freedom and fear hasn't been coached out of them yet. I believe only Mowbray could've tapped into that.
