I agree with his comments that we need to stand up and be counted tomorrow and get a result against the Bees after the mistakes and attitude of Saturday,
It always looks inviting on Google Maps as does Goose Bay These are just well known landmarks that generally pop up on my BA in flight map when we fly to Philadelphia as the route generally takes us over Labradour and Newfoundland !
Do you ever fly out to the west coast because if you do you will fly right over Iqaluit and just hope you never have to land there. Political correctness forced us to change it's name from Frobisher Bay to an Inuit name. Haida Gwaii was originally the Queen Charlotte Islands.
For me that is the worst result of the season. A winnable game goes begging, not good enough, I think we need a shake up of the team
Its an unfortunate fact Since Holden arrived we haven't been able to do a thing right. LJ needs to take this by the scruff of the neck, or his job will be on the line
What a terrible result. More possession and shots, yet they have more on target than us. I'm not going to descend into an orgy of doom and gloom, or call for anyone's head - I'll just hope that LJ and the boys reflect on tonight and sort some sort of improvement in time for Saturday.
I've never been to the West Coast Mike. I worked in Delaware for a few months in 2002 and when we go back we invariably go there to see friends, although we've also done Boston and most states down the East Coast. In 2007 we also had the dubious pleasure, whilst driving from Boston to Delaware, of running VERY low on fuel in the hire car due to a long delay caused by an accident. When it finally cleared and we started moving properly, with the low fuel chimes getting ever louder and more frequent, exiting I-95 at the first opportunity, but only to find a sign saying Welcome To The Bronx !! We didn't stay, took a chance, got back on the freeway, crossed over the George Washington bridge into New Jersey and found a Wawa rest stop with fuel within 2 minutes !
