So what do we do with the deadwood? Who is the deadwood? For me Arshavin - Keep him if we don't get an AM and then only if we play him at AM not LWF - he and Rosicky can take turns filling that position as they are the best creative mfs we have. I do see Jack playing their eventually but not now plus he has to regain form and fitness. Denilson - out on loan and can sell him if we get offer - get rid the moment something half decent comes in Chamakh - sell Bendtner - BIG and I mean BIG clubs are after him so sell Vela - as my name suggests I love him and would love to try him in SS/AM position rather than sticking him on the wing. Felt he never got a chance when we changed our system (also contributed to fall of Eduardo). But realistically Spanish clubs want him and he wants them so sell. BUT would love it if we kept him Fabianski - IF he is happy being 2nd choice keep but ideally sell and look to bring in an experienced keeper who is happy to fight Wos for 1st team Squid - sell Djourou - ideally sell and promote Miguel/Bartley - pretty sure we will keep him Diaby - Like a horse with a broken leg, Just take him behind the barn and put him out of his misery. Controversialish Choices RVP - We all know why he is here - Personally unless we get silly money 25mn+ keep him Ramsey - 50/50 divide if he is or isn't personally I think loan him out to a decent ball playing club, fulham, necastle, swansea, norwich see if he can do it for a year. Young - ????????????? Others??? P.S. Also one of my all time favourite TV Shows? Anyone seen it?
Denilson - Already on loan. Arshavin - Sell. Chamakh - Keep for now. Vela - Nearly sold.. Bendtner - Sell. Fabianski - Sell. Squid - Sell. Djourou - Looks like we are not buying another CB, so keep. Diaby - Keep for one more season.
I actually agree with everything here. Apart from Ramsey, who still could be a useful squad member if we hit another injury crisis. Our midfield is quite thin, especially after shooting Diaby.
Love Deadwood, took me a while to figure out what celestials, squareheads and hoopleheads were though!
