Nice and quiet so far which is good. As GA said, we will mostly be dealing with loan players from here on in. However I have just seen that Roger Johnson has been released, I know we couldn't afford his wages but he would be a great addition.
I don't think we want anyone in the team who isn't match fit, however good they are. Our players are exceptionally fit.
Indeed they are Ron, but doubt we will find many players of quality who are match fit. I wouldn't even count those playing in reserves or under 21s as being near our required standard. Overall I'm happy no one else left and there are plenty of free agents out there now. Eastman for example.
Magic signs for Charlton for the rest of the season so if he's coming to us it will have to be on an emergency loan next week
We still haven't replaced the Doc yet so I would like some experience at the back (in the squad) for when the going gets tough.
Too true Ron. I have to keep reminding myself not to get carried away and be thankful we still have a club let alone are still in the league and even better that we are already safe.
