Deacon Blues out for the season.

Very grim news.I was probably in the minority but i actually thought he might be able to get BC off the bridle should they have met at RA.
Now i cant see of any credible challengers to the great mare now.

And being that he will be 6 next year,is there any real point in bringing him back?

What a shame, he was very progressive last year. Arguably the 2nd best sprinter behind Dream Ahead!

As for getting the great mare off the bridle, she has beaten better horse's than Deacon Blue's on the bridle, I don't think you quite realise just how good she is

 

Well they certainly werent rated higher than DB,so im not sure what horses you are referring about!
