No club in their right mind would allow a player to go out on loan & play against them Drogs. I've never known that to happen.

 

I think it's against FA rules for a player to play against his own father club. Anyway, the Saints are in the Premier League now so the good thing is that De Bruyne will get top flight experience. Let's hope if they stay up he is the reason for it.

So, here's a great story for ya with loanies playing against their contract club. Vertonghen(yes the same one as in the transfer rumours) was loaned out by Ajax to RKC Waalwijk, in 2007 he played against his own club who was in the running for championship. Ajax had to win to still have a chance to win the championship. Vertonghen scored once in the game which ended in a draw(2-2), Ajax lost the title on goal difference. Vertonghen ruined a championship title for Ajax in that match, the next season he returned to Ajax.

do you think young josh will be returning after his loan, or will he be loaned out again or sold ? De Bruyne would be playing in a team that likes playing nice football, I think we were only beaten by man u for the total amount of goals scored. right midfield has been a problem for us so hopefully De Bruyne can teach his countryman de Ridder haw to cross the ****ing ball
