Spoke to Andy Dawson just before 2nd half kick off, he said he would be ready in 2 weeks but Waghorn walked by too fast and I had a chocolate eclaire in my big gob when Stewart walked by or I would have asked how they were getting on too. Tell you what, watching a football game directly behind our subs bench is such a different experience I loved it could hear the banter between Watford and our lot, one of our staff shouted f**k off at the Watford technical area a few times was really amusing! Onwards and upwards!
That's a good sign if you couldn't catch him, either he should be back next week or you need taking out back and shooting as lame. I know what you mean about that, I somehow got a seat right behind the dugouts for WBA vs QPR a few years back when John Gregory was still in charge at QPR (I say somehow because it was £10 and hadn't been taken by anyone else). As well as the banter it was good being able to hear all the instructions being given by the managers to the players, particularly Gregory because the WBA team that season was so much better than anybody else the oppo managers were constantly trying to adapt to the latest threat. Meant rather than just spotting the change of formation you could hear the reasons he'd done it which with some of the bizarre things he was doing really helped understanding it.
indeed they are. great viewing. look at the one on you tube (when he sacks one and offers 2 more out) brilliant. citys squad should be much stronger for the Derby away game on the 19th Nov. saturday's bench showed that city are at present down to the bare bones.
