BRISTOL City chairman Keith Dawe says he had absolutely no doubts that Steve Cotterill would be a success as manager at Ashton Gate.
Although many City fans expressed doubts at the time of Cotterill's appointment, City's chairman was convinced he possessed the characteristics needed to succeed.
In an exclusive interview, Dawe told the Bristol Post: "I feel the day Mr Cotterill came into the club was the day we started moving up again.

What absolute twaddle. We heard the same for the appointments of O'Dismal, Del and others. This is the 'Chairman' who is invisible most of the time.

If you've nothing interesting to say, keep quiet
