As on other thread, think we are too hard on our players because we see them all the time. No player will be perfect if you see every home match (plus perhaps away matches).
Considering some of the idiots at St Mary's who seem to enjoy slagging off their own players more than celebrating goals etc... I would take it that any player that gets stick from these dinlos is probably a pretty good player.
Some bloke a couple of rows behind me on Saturday was concentrating so much on slagging Guly he hadn't realised that he and Forte had changed wings and he was actually shouting "f**king hell, Guly do something with it" etc every time Forte touched the ball.
hahahaha that just made me laugh............Why do people turn up just to moan.............

I know we all rant and rave at times at matches and believe it or not, I've said some stupid things in my time at the Dell/SMS.
However, does intrigue me how some people act at matches. Bloke near me on Saturday was doing a similar rant against Guly and was forever standing up giving it the turning hand over hand signal for substitution for Guly. When Guly scored, I looked at this fella and he seemed almost grumpy that he was proved wrong. For me, I wouldn't care less if I was wrong or right, just happy we scored.
But then I've said time and time again on 606 over the years that it appears some people only got to football for a good moan.

lol..........honestly at some games if you go there in a quite relaxed mood and you watch and hear people around you, it is so so funny.........it is mainly blokes who just moan and moan and moan....or those who shout abuse at the refereee about a decision 100 metres away.....
I really don't like moaning about referees but the guy on Saturday was shocking. I thought we were going to end up with 9 players each at one point.
I always find it odd how it's the same players getting grief, who I don't think warrant it more compared to any other player.

Might groan at an incident, but never pick on a player. It's for the manager to substitute them or give them hell. Do we really want to distract a player during the game?
I was listening to the Radio Solent commentator on Saturday and he said "good clearance by Fonte" when it was actually Jedi, not exactly identical twins are they? He was having great difficulty reading the Rovers shirts too, the numbers didn't exactly stand out so we can cut a little slack there!
