http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...neered-sniggered-Manchester-United-stars.html if this is true, they should be ashamed of themselves, they're the reason why he got the sack today.
His awful results, lack of ability, skill or a clue as well as tge dross he served up got him sacked. The players had nothing to do with it. Nothing at all. Do you think Gerrard feels ashamed, or Lampard or basically every footballer on earth? No they dont. Moyes should feel ashamed. Drags the champions to 7th after spending 65million. Joke of a manager.
Moyes may have been rubbish in the end and his position untenable. But the players didn't do themselves and the fans and club any favours by 'downing tools' if the rumours are to be believed. The match against Everton was as gutless as they come. BTW he is gone now. No point in trashing him any further. The club and the issues which came up were just too much for him. That doesn't make him a bad manager. Just that he wasn't right for united as the biggest and most successful club in England
didnt you stop loving him weeks ago?youve done nowt but slag him off lately.give us a break and stop reporting every fecking thing on utd.divvy
the question was didnt you stop loving him weeks ago and didnt you do nothing but slag him off lately?
Anyone who blames Moyes for it all is a pathetic **** Some of those ****ing players should be ashamed of themselves. Roy Keane was right. They managed to psych themselves up for Bayern because they wanted CL glory but when it came to a league already over in terms of winning it, they didn't give a ****.
Like the daft ****s at Liverpool led by Gerrard? Or is this another one of those case where different rules for Liverpool?
I very much doubt they are ashamed of themselves. For what exactly. Not liking their manager? Thats up to him to command the respect not the other way round. The same rules that apply to all other clubs apply to United. Some of you need to get a ****ing grip. this isnt the army its a football club. If Moyes wasnt big enough to handle the dressing room then thats his failing. The players have worked under a leader for years. Take away the leader and put someone weak in charge and this is what happens. regardless of the occupation or person.
Regardless of Moyes - who was responsible for motivating them as manager... The players are made millionaires by the fans' desire to see them win. Every player should be motivated to give their all - especially when they're looking round a stadium full of people who make big financial sacrifices to be there. It became a vicious circle. Moyes needed the players to perform and gain momentum; the players needed momentum to believe in Moyes and perform for him.
That's bollocks mate. They get paid a **** load of money to do their JOB. That is the bottom line. They should be earning their money regardless of who their boss is.
That story highlights what he was up against in the dressing room, but as the manager it was down to him to squash those responsible for it. The young player who leaked team news and the sub who openly asked for him to be sent off, should have been openly ****ed over by him and crushed in front of their peers. In the same way Ferguson would have done. I'm sure it doesn't surprise anyone that Ferdinand was one of the ring leaders as he's a massive twat, equally that the prima donna RvP was indeed stirring the ****e.
The players have become ****. Whether it was Moyes fault or not is now ****ing immaterial. What we need is to root out the players who have been responsible for the rot. It will get much worse before it gets better. Anyone who thinks that getting rid of Moyes would now get us back to the top next season is living in cloud cuckoo land. All we can hope is for someone to arrest the slide.
This. But That is why in retrospect united needed a high profile manager. Not someone who is awestruck by the heavily medaled players. United wanted to buck the trend and laws of human nature. Failed experiment. A very big club needs a very big name manager.
