Rumours comtinue to sweep across the Twittersphere that the renowned and much respected (by QPR fans!) journo, Dave Mc is about to make an appearance. Should this come to pass, it will be the best news since Radek Cerny signing his 1 year extension, so please welcome him with open arms...and open minds!!! Welcome Mr M!
Nurse, get a mop. I think some people on here are going to wet themselves. I am so glad that someone so high and mighty might grace us with his presence.
I'm not surprised quite frankly. I don't know too much about other QPR-related sites, and from what I've seen I'm not that impressed, but I reckon this site's a pretty good oasis of opinion for club officials and chroniclers. Note thisismyengland's already smelt the coffee... as I'm sure one or two others will have by now. All welcome... and if he does log in, I'm sure David Mac will cope as admirably as the rest of us with replies received!
You should try following him on twitter.... Then you'd realise that "high and mighty" are not words that you'd actually use.... Perhaps "friendly and ready to chat" would be better? But, as long as you have your own opinion, you're welcome to contribute!
Yep, thought I'd drop by. I see this is where some of you 'orrible lot from our 606 days together have now settled! Also see on another thread someone asking if I'm really a journalist. Believe me that's a question I ask myself most days - especially when I find myself writing long-winded blogs because I've got no news stories to flog. Anyway, cheers for the invite and good luck with the site!
Well as you are here Mr McIntyre, can I please point you towards this thread, I'm sure that you will have some answers. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/58165-Harold-Winton Cheers
Good to see you here, David, I've always enjoyed reading your articles and found them to be both informative and well-informed.
David - we need some answers and we need them now!!! Firstly, why did the German Spring Offensive of 1918 peter out so badly, just when they had the Allied powers on the run?
