Wow, McGoldrick is a decent striker at champ level and someone who causes defences problems. I'm not even particularly surprised if a prem team did wanna take a chance on him although personally I wouldn't bank on him to score a decent amount of goals at prem level but 6m+ is ****ing ridiculous.
£6.5 rejected so the figure is 8 according to the BBC gossip section. He's done nothing in his career, worth no more than £2mill

This is getting stupid, no disrespect to the lad but I'd sooner us not sign anyone for a fee and just get a loan deal going, surely there must be a player somewhere we can borrow instead of wasting money for the sake of it.
If Assombalonga is worth £5m, then McGolderick is too. That said, I'm not convinced either are currently good enough for the prem.
