Wants to be manager of 1982 Ltd. I hope this is true You would definately drop a league if your board appoint him! Afterall, he does drop just about everything else http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...er-David-James-wants-manage-Bristol-City.html
This might sound stupid, but I don't think he would be any more of a gamble than McInnes. Knows the players, knows the English championship. I personally think that he would be better off being an assitant manager first and getting his coaching badges but who knows. Jose M, was never a footballer............it didn't stop him
Agree but Steve Lansdown has made massive mistakes twice in very recent years in appointing Tinnion and Millen from within with no managerial experience or coaching badges (as far as I know) and so it's NO NO NO to James. Employ him as a goalkeeping coach by all means but let him get his credentials in the fullness of time.
steve L has always in the past rewarded success from within, work, thats maybe why he handed the reigns to SEXY because it doesnt work in football as well. I THINK STEVE CLARIDGE WOULD MAKE A BRILLIANT MANAGER, at least we would get some peace
