Good. Should make a top goalie for years to come. Now all we need is a decent creative midfielder, after that's done the transfer window might as well slam shut for all I care.

I wonder where this leaves the rest of United's keepers. Kuszczak has already stated that he'd leave if he didn't get to replace Van Der Sar, leaving Lindegaard and Amos, with Amos probably wanting a loan move again this season.

Good prospect.1 thing that's been nagging me though..Am I the only 1 concerned about the amount of shots outside the box he's conceded or is this just an unfortunate stat:huh:

Great goalkeeper, sad to see him go but good luck. Spainsh reports say that the 5 million add on is when united next win the league. So you better win it this season, I'm sure De Gea will help

Where does this leave Lindegard, was he told in January that he was Tommy`s replacement? i have seen a lot of De Gea because i watch the Spanish league every staurday and sunday, he has great reactions and is very flexible (he is also fearless and may not let as many in at the near post as Edwin did in his later years) but i have not seen much of Lindegard except the few times he has played for us. I feel sorry for Tommy coz i have never seen him make any really bad mistakes (like Foster did more than once) yet he doesn`t seem to have been given a long enough run to proove himself because Edwin was always in his way.

ill be glad to see the back of thumbless tommy k,dire keeper, should never have been signed in the 1st place.everyone could see he wasnt good enough for us when he was on loan here.
