Telling the press he wouldn't let players come to us because we aren't a big enough club

    No not at all.
The owner is a ****, their three fans are a joke and they belong in division 2.

I am sick of Wigan hanging around the Prem, but them beating Citeh was a laugh. Not fussed about Whelan either way...

In the Northern premier League in 1978 (think of Blyth Spartans size).
Got Wigan Warriors, basically a rugby league hotbead in the same town.
Man U, Man City, Bolton, Blackburn, Liverpool, Everton, Tranmere etc virtually on their doorstep
Only team never to be demoted from the top flight.

If football is about the romance of the game then you cant get much better than that.

I hope the stay up but get beat on Tuesday (so we are safe whatever) its possible if either the toon or Norwich get beat in their next 2 games and Wigan beat Villa.

I used to work for him. Spoke to me like ****. Employers who treat their staff like **** tend to be quite unlikeable people. He proves my theory. Prick.
