    Hero!

    http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11667_6786960,00.html

Its about time the chairmen of the lower clubs start standing up for themselves against the powers that be at the English ****ing Arseholes association. We have been punished this season alone, with Williamson getting a 3 game ban, as well as Barton.

The ****ing cowards that are Wayne Rooney, The FA and Manchester United get away with ****ing murder, whilst everyone else has to suffer.

I do think that had Man Utd been playing 3 of the bottom clubs instead of 3 top ones in their next 3 games, he would have been banned. But Rooney to be banned for Chelsea and Liverpool, as well as a possible game against Arsenal, well that is as criminal as his elbow to the head of a Wigan Midfielder.

Go on Dave Whelan, I already love you for your hatred of Mike Ashley, this just adds to it!

I'd love it if they went to the police and pressed charges against the shaved ape, it would make the FA a laughing stock for letting it go.
There is plenty of video evidence to prove it was intent and not a "coming together" as they claim.

"If it was any other club or player, you can bet your life he would have been sent off. But officials seem intimidated by the words 'Rooney' and 'United'."

<laugh> Stick it to 'em Whelan! Spot on son!

If it had have been Barton who had hit him, he would be banned for life and locked up for about 157 years...

I like Whelan for having the balls to say this. It is exactly right what he is saying and the FA know that.
    Cowards.
The whole game is corrupt these days. Just look at the world cup bids.

The FA have no right to complain about the world cup bids, they got beat at their own game!

I wish more chairmen would stand up alongside Dave Whelan, he is the only one with a bit of bottle.

I don't know about everyone else, but come on Chelsea tonight!!

With Rooney elbowing, Ashley Cole shooting and John Terry shagging I'm moving to Libya where it's safer.

I was reading fans opinions online (cant remember which one or I'd link you to it/quote what was said) but a Man Utd fan actually said something along the lines of "it was clearly unintentional he was running for the ball he didn't see the Wigan player"

Looks like he will fit right in with the FA, seeing everything Man Utd ****ing do as angelic. Pathetic. Anyone else would have been made out to be the devil and banned for 3 games minimum. Especially Barton.

Wasn't Jordan was it, he said he hadn't meant to do it, Whelan is right, Coyle said something about referee's needing to be more consistent after Ryan Taylor's sending off on Saturday.

This incident is similar to the outcry from the FA about 'Ranger should be banned for not appearing for England u-21 duty'. Then they immediately shut up when they realised that would mean banning Chris Smalling as well, and Man Utd were desperately short of defenders.

    Disgusting...

Whelan is only saying what everyone is thinking, apart from people associated with Man U.

    Well done DW.

Fergie should act as if Rooney's banned and not play him for 4 games. That would silence any of his critics. It's not like it would do Manure any harm. Rooney's been ****e this season.
