Off Topic Dave Mackay

Sad news today about Dave Mackay who has passed away.

The name may mean nothing to younger supporters,but
people of my generation will remember him as a giant
of a defender for Spurs and Scotland.

I hated Billy Bremner so I loved big Dave for this when Bremner tried to break his leg!

Very sad, there aren´t really that many of whom you can say ´they lead by example´, but he certainly did, a great pro, and a gentlemen on and off the pitch.( especially when he came up against Bremner)
