Preston North Endâs Lancashire Senior Cup final clash against Blackburn Rovers will be played on Saturday July 23.
The game will take place at the County Ground at the LFAâs headquarters on Thurston Road in Leyland kicking off at 3pm.
A nice little local derby game to wet the appetite for the coming season.
Now I know that for many younger supporters, Bleakpoo are our main rivals BUT
for me and many of my generation Rovers are PNE's main rivals. Followed by the Dingles and Bolton. The final should be an entertaining affair with that bit of edge that derby games produce, so maybe a fixture well worth penciling in before the season proper get's in it's stride...
