Off Topic Date for your diaries - new season kick off

Just seen that the new season will kick off the weekend of 8th August.
That's just 10 weeks tomorrow!!!!

Who would be your ideal opening game?

 

I wouldn't mind ManUre or Chelski at CR!!!

 

I hear Suarez wants to return to Liverpool.

 

For me I would love someone 'decent' at home to begin with, not the top 2 or 3 but say Tottenham, Everton or Liverpool. It would be a boost to start off with at least a point on the board from a toughish fixture and that might lead the way forward. In my view, it would be very important to try and take maximum points off the other two promotoed clubs like we did the first year under PL (against Swansea and QPR) which not only gave us 12 very useful points but of course held back their progress too. To their eventual doom in the case of QPR.

 

Well as AN doesn't lose 'away' games I'll plump for Chelsea at The Bridge

 

Villa at Carrow Road.

I got it right last season with Wolves away so I will hazard a guess at Palace away this time round (a nightmare start imo)
