I got an email today from Ladbrokes stating "they had inadvertently forwarded my login and password" to my online account to 2 3rd parties. Would I be correct to push for compo?:undecided:

Any financial losses incurred as a result of the breach would have to be compensated. I don't know if making you aware passes some responsibility to you from now on. I would change your user logon id and password or threaten to close the account due to loss of trust and to maybe make the press aware.

To be sure I would consult a solicitor.

Should have logged in and stuck £100,000 on a horse and claim you knew nothing about it and claim it back if it lost. <ok>
