What I have gauged from our recent performances over the last couple of months, when we go into games that we are not necessarily given any real chance of winning, we seem to have a real grit, desire and collective spirit (unlike games at west ham and Burnley) which for me bodes well for the Capital 1 cup

League position really doesn't bother me, but a trip to Wembley does. I don't think we will beat Spurs away again to be honest but I cant wait for that mid-week away game! It would be miraculous if we did, we still have one of Chelsea, Liverpool and Southampton to play (unless theres a giant killing at some stage), but if ever there was a season to do it, it would be this one. One major benefiting factor to take into consideration is that all of those teams like to play attacking football with the ball and that suits our sit back and counter approach. 10 men behind the ball, working hard to get it back and hit them quick.

I also believe we could win any game on our day, this year more so than any, especially a cup final with recent history (Portsmouth, Birmingham and Wigan all having cup success).

Seriously, all I want this season is a trip to Wembley, I don’t care who joins us, and just the chance for silverware over a 90 min perhaps extra time/pens period would be more than I could ask for.

I'm liking this feeling we have at the moment mate.
I'm also liking the fact that our fringe players have stepped up big time.
Maybe our squad isn't as weak as we thought....
