To be completely honest, he hasn't played enough for me to give a good judgment. He was very good at Rangers, but can't see him having a career with us long term.

Hope he does great for you guys though, a good deal all round I say <ok>

Was supposed to be a big prospect but didn't impress in the few chances he had.

Would probably do a job for you guys - probably deserved more games to prove himself with us.

Was played as a LB for us - didn't have enough to impress, and not enough (evidently) in training to get a chance at CB.

Still, CL experience, promise and international experience too - should be a good deal for both clubs and the player.

Probably a very good CB for a Championship club or lower Prem team but is obviously way back in the pecking order with Agger, Skrtel, Coates, Carragher all ahead of him and Kelly & Wisdom both capable of playing at CB if needed.

Can't see him being at the club much longer, he needs to be playing regular football at his age.

  6. Never given a chance at CB for us, only half a dozen chances at LB. IMO he is the closest thing we have to a Danny Agger backup <ok>

In the fact he's a left footed CB?

Been a bit unlucky, in that when hes had chances most have been at left back, not his position and hes struggled a bit, when hes played cb hes looked ok, I think hes a decent ball playing left centre back in the mould of Agger, think this is the right move for him, needs to be playing higher standard football than the reserves to develop

Not played that well when given the chance but they have been few and far between. Hope he can get some experience and come back a better player.

He's 20! He'll be be 21 this x-mas. Hopefully, he will do well on loan, and I think he'll then have a few more chances with us in the future. He was very good at Rangers and has a good Scotland future ahead of him. He can play CB and LB. I don't want to tempt fate (she doesn't like that sh*te!), but he could be our next Alan Hansen. How good would that be? ;)<ok>

He is decent on FIFA 13.... Other than that he hasn't really done much to impress.

  16. He is one of the first I sell <laugh>

Not because I dislike him, purely because he won't get in the side and he is worth £2m <ok>
