He's started on his own up front in the last two trips to Anfield this season and did well. He showed just how quick and good he is on the ball by floating past players, tracked back and defended well getting in some tackles and looked to be direct. If he had got a goal, probably would have been my MoTM ahead of Rooney, Scholes or Evans.
welbeck is a class act, tireless effort, plenty of skill and a few goals too. loved his handshake with suarez yesterday, bare minimum of contact (worked since noones talking about it today) but a look of total disgust on his face. true red, danny.
