... hardly surprising, given his emergence from the footballing wilderness .. but, nevertheless, pehaps a useful barometer of the current climate within the club ... http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/simpson-praises-ranieri-influence-2758933.aspx
Sounds like a few are bigging CR up at the mo. I think he´s come in & not changed to much to soon & the players are all still doing what they were doing last season in terms of formations & positions etc. I was 5o/5o about CR coming in at the start of the season, but I´m starting to think it was a very clever idea from the board now. We knew things were not right ref NP & 99% of us would of wanted him to stay, but I´ve moved on now personally & I think when CR gets his hands on some cash in Jan/the summer then he´ll have a really good idea what we need to get rid of & what we need to get in. This club can only progress as long as Top is at the helm. "UTF"
I take these kind of articles with a pinch of salt, lcfc.com arent going to post anything thats negative. Ranieris given Simpson a chance, theres no way hes going to be against the gaffer. What i like is that CR seems to get more involved in training than Pearson did. It seems that Shakey did most of the communicating during a training session under Pearson while he stayed back and watched, Ranieri seems more involved (though thats only from released bits on the website).
How great was it in the final few minutes of the Palace game, when Ranieri was going crazy. Waving his arms saying cmon to the fans. Loved it!!!!
It freaked Vardy out http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/vardy-the-boss-was-like-a-caged-animal-2764200.aspx
