Hes worth it all day long, after Leighton Baines, he must be Englands 2nd choice left back because Cole is coming to the end of his career. He's got everything, pace, strength, good positional play, strong in the tackle. He will probably be worth 15m with a couple of full seasons under his belt.

£8m is a reasonable price to pay for such a good player who just happens to be English too! The potential is there for his value to at least double in the next 2-3 years, so I would buy him without hesitation.
I'd pay it in a blink. What's the option, scrap around and end up paying £4-6 for a bog standard left back? The lad is immense, young, English and has clearly bought into the club, and us , the gluttons for pain who follow it. We must get the lad signed.
