The 34-year-old, who started his career at Manchester United, has a wealth of Premiership experience including lengthy spells with Southampton, Derby and Sunderland. Yes indeed Waddo, without the likes of Higgy, Stoke wouldn't be where they are. Must admit though, Sheffield seems to be a retirement home for ex Stoke players: Kitson, Cresswell, Mama etc
